Instructions

  • To ensure you are correctly identified as paying by instalment please ensure you pay the first payment amount exactly as shown on your rates notice in one payment.
  • Failure to pay the exact amount shown by the due date will mean that the system will not recognise your choice to pay by instalment and you will register as having an overdue balance.
  • You will receive a reminder notice one month prior to the due date for all instalments.

  • Please enter the appropriate Assessment Number for the rate notice you wish to pay.

    • Example Animal Number: 1011
    If your animal is not microchipped do not proceed, the City of Mandurah is unable to accept animal registrations without a microchip number.
    You will need to supply a chip number or exemption certificate from your vet before proceeding, for more information call 9550 3777.
